30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase or subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first order.

  • You may keep any letters already received

Subscriptions (After 30 Days)

After the 30-day satisfaction period:

  • Refunds are not available for charges already processed
  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Any letters already paid for will still be delivered

Prepaid Plans (If Offered)

If you purchase a prepaid plan:

  • You may request a prorated refund within 60 days of purchase
  • After 60 days, prepaid plans are non-refundable
  • Remaining letters (already paid for) will continue to be shipped

Damaged or Missing Mail

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We may offer a replacement at our discretion

  • Postal delays
  • Lost or misdelivered mail
  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date.


Returns

Due to the nature of printed mail products:

  • Physical returns are not required
  • Approved refunds do not require items to be sent back

Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid charges
