30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase or subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first order.
To request a refund, please contact:
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 7β10 business days
- You may keep any letters already received

Subscriptions (After 30 Days)
After the 30-day satisfaction period:
- Refunds are not available for charges already processed
- You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Any letters already paid for will still be delivered
Prepaid Plans (If Offered)
If you purchase a prepaid plan:
- You may request a prorated refund within 60 days of purchase
- After 60 days, prepaid plans are non-refundable
- Remaining letters (already paid for) will continue to be shipped
Damaged or Missing Mail
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
- We may offer a replacement at our discretion

- Postal delays
- Lost or misdelivered mail
- Issues caused by incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date.
Returns
Due to the nature of printed mail products:
- Physical returns are not required
- Approved refunds do not require items to be sent back
Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid charges
- Cancel via your account portal or by contacting support
